Archery Team
We are thrilled to announce that our Archery Team is starting back up in November, and we can’t wait!!!!
At On Target Outfitters, archery isn’t just about what you achieve; it’s about who you become on the journey. While excellence is important, we believe a more noble pursuit is helping all of our participants develop the qualities that will serve them throughout life — character, resilience, discipline, responsibility, and, most importantly, a strong faith in God.
Whether your child is a beginner or looking to master their archery skills, this club is for them!

The On Target Archery Team is for students ages 8-18 who have their own archery equipment (not Genesis) who want to shoot competitively with their peers at the state, regional, and national level. Tournaments follow the Ohio Archers Association/National Field Archery Association competition schedule, which runs January through April for indoor season.
Practices will be on Tuesday nights starting November 5th at 6 PM, with extra practice times available during the week as well.

Parent/Child Archery League
Are you looking for a fun way to spend quality time with your child this winter?
We are bringing generations together one arrow at a time again this winter in our Parent (or Adult Mentor) & Child Archery League. These two person teams will combine their scores and shoot against others in a similar category as them (based on the equipment they are using) to make the league fun, fair and competitive. This league will be offered on Monday and Thursday nights. There will be separate registration for Monday and Thursday - Please make sure that you register for the night you want to participate. The cost for this 8 week league is $95 per team.
Mondays - January 6th through February 24th 6 - 7:30 PM
Thursdays - January 9th through February 27th 6 - 7:30 PM
Please only register your child. You will be able to fill your information out within your child's registration form.

Archery Club
Join us for the next level of shooting (after the Instructional League) as we continue to develop and hone in your archery skills! The Archery Club is for students with some shooting experience from either our Instructional League or another archery class they participated in.
Coaches will be available to work with students to help them progress in their skills and to organize the games and challenges which will help them put these skills into practice. We will also introduce shooters to competition shooting. The Archery Club will meet on Monday nights (6-7:30 PM) in November & the first week of December (Nov 4 - Dec 2).
The club is open to students ages 8-16. We highly recommend that students have their own archery equipment. We do understand that Christmas is getting closer and a bow might be under the tree for some students. If this is the case, students can use our equipment until they get their own.

Family Outdoor Day
Join us on October 5th from 12 - 5 PM for our annual Family Outdoor Day! Grab your family and friends and join us to try archery, riflery, fishing, pumpkin shooting, paintball target shooting, two man saw, tomahawk throwing, a bounce house obstacle course and more! This event is open to all ages and all open house activities are free to participate in! Great food and exciting raffle opportunities (guns, bows, basket raffles) will be available for purchase.

Instructional Archery League
We will be offering a 5 week instructional archery league this fall for students in grades 2-8.
This program is for students with no or limited archery experience (including our Basic / Intermediate camps or after-school programs). Using quality youth archery equipment, students will learn the fundamentals to be successful on the range while playing a variety of fun games. Each week will be a blend of instruction and games. We will also incorporate a few opportunities to shoot for score throughout the program (to measure personal growth).
This program will conclude on Tuesday October 22 with a fun and friendly Genesis Tournament. Metals will be awarded for 1st & 2nd place for all age brackets.
We will discuss as a group to see if we want to do a Halloween costume contest the last week as well since it's almost Halloween! (make sure you can shoot archery in your halloween costume!)
The instructional League will take place on Tuesday nights.

Family Fishing Club
We will be offering 5 weeks of family fishing evenings beginning on Thursday, September 21st and will conclude on Thursday, October 19th.
Each week we will focus on a specific type of fish or fishing skill and will include some instruction and challenges, like most fish caught, and the family who wins will get a prize! We will also demonstrate how to filet and cook fish one week for families to try! We will post to Facebook in advance to let you know what we are focusing on that week or you can call to find out.
Families are welcome to come all 5 weeks or just a few weeks, whatever works best for your schedule.
Family Fishing Club will be each Thursday night from September 19 - October 17 from 6 PM to 8pm. (weather permitting)
These evenings are open to families who love to fish, who have never fished before, and everyone in between! Families are encouraged to bring their own equipment if they have it. We will provide bait (you do not need to bring your own) and fishing poles to those who do not have their own.

Parent / Child Rifle Club
We are very excited for our fall Parent (Guardian) / Child Rifle Club!
Join us for 4 weeks beginning Saturday September 7 - September 28th.
The rifle club will give families a chance to learn all about shooting rifles in a safe environment while having a great time together and really developing your skills! There will be weekly challenges and prizes! If you have your own 22 rifle you are welcome to bring it but we will provide rifles if needed.
Space is limited to 5 families: 1 adult and 1 child per team.
Please only register your child. You will be able to fill out all of your information on your child's form.
Parent / Child Rifle Club will take place from 10 - 11:30 AM
Cost: $105 for the team
Fishing Derby
We are excited to announce that our fishing derby will be in the summer this year! We were given a generous donation to restock the pond and we were able to add over 150 new fish - various sizes of bass, stripers, crappie and bluegill!
Join us on June 8th to compete for the grand prize of a fishing charter for 2 with Fowl Hooked Charters. There will be additional prizes as well.
Registration will be at 8 AM on the day of the derby. The derby will run from 9 - 11 AM.
Cost: $20 for a team of 2 (1 adult and 1 child)

Autism & Archery
This 4 week special focus archery program allows children with Autism to participate in a sport that fosters confidence, social interaction, problem solving and team work. Our desire is that the skill sets learned in this sport can have positive results on the children and their families. While we want to see this program broaden for a greater range of students, for this particular program, participation will be limited to 5 students with higher functioning autism and Asperger's Syndrome. For students ages 8-18 years.
We will meet on Monday nights starting April 15th from 6 - 7 PM.
Monday April 15th, 22nd, 29th and May 6th.
Cost: $60
Rifle Club
Spring is in the air which means our Rifle Club is soon to begin! The Rifle Club will meet weekly on Tuesdays starting April 2nd and will run through July 9th from 6:30 - 8 PM.
On Target provides a positive experience in a controlled environment promoting the safe and ethical use of firearms. This marksmanship program will help youth develop self-confidence, personal disciple, responsibility, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Programs offered by On Target Outfitters are designed to develop character in its participants, and to promote the highest standards of safety and ethical behavior on and off the range.
Our coaches will focus on helping shooters develop their marksmanship skills through fun activities, challenging targets and disciplined courses of fire. Our goal will be to help students grow in their skills, and for those who want to compete, to prepare them for local and national matches. A weekly devotional will also be a key component of our practice times together.
Shooters are welcome to use their own rifles or ours. Ammo will be provided.

Homeschool Expedition Outdoors
Hey Homeschoolers! Join us outdoors this spring for a fun time exploring God's great creation and developing your skills as an outdoorsman / outdoorswoman. This 5 week program will include archery, riflery, fishing, survial skills, and shelter building.
Class will meet from 1 - 3 PM March 25 - May 5th (Mondays) rain or shine (hopefully no snow). Parents are encouraged to participate as much as they would like.
You can register your child(ren) for just the weeks they are interested in or students are welcome to participate each week if they’d like (and they meet the grade requirement) . Prices will vary depending on the supplies needed for the activity of the week. If you register multiple children at a time you will receive a discount. Please check the grade requirement for each week before registering your child.
Week 1 (March 25: Archery)
- 2nd grade and up - limited to 20 students

Week 2 (April 15: .22 Rifles)
- 4th - 12th grade - limited to 10 students
