*December 21 10:00-2:00 checking traps and skinning and fleshing if any caught.
*December 22 Time TBD. setting fox and coyote traps and snares
*December 23 Time TBD. checking traps, scouting new area, tanning
*December 27,28,29,30 (dates and times TBD) fleshing and tanning. hopefully starting some coon skin caps

*We anticipate 2-4 additional dates in January as well.
To be in the program they would need to have a warm winter coat, hat and gloves and a tall set of rubber boots. Hip or chest waders would be beneficial, but not required.
The cost for the program is $20. Traps, baits, lures, salt, home tanning solution is included for 3 animals and materials for a coon skin cap per student. If you would like to have additional animals home tanned, or sent to a tannery for a much higher quality tan, that would be additional costs.
